Responsibilities

1, according to the overall development strategy, combined with the company's phased development goals, to develop a human resources planning program suitable for the current development strategy;
2. Optimize and improve the human resource management system, and formulate and organize the implementation of the human resource management system;
3. Formulate annual labor cost budget and control work;
4. Responsible for departmental team management, screening and selecting all kinds of middle and senior talents, and improving the company's talent reserve and echelon construction;
5. Optimize and adjust the implementation plan of salary performance according to the development stage of the company;
6. Deal with major abnormal accidents and disputes.

Qualification

1. Strong communication skills and adaptability;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Experience in personnel administration in large enterprises is preferred.
