Responsibilities

1. Project management; Independently complete the preparation and implementation of project research and development, scheme design copy and work plan；
2. Accurately record the research data and complete the analysis, summary and report of relevant data;
3. Complete other work or tasks assigned by the superior supervisor.

Qualification

1. Life science related fields include biology, biochemistry, bioengineering and other related majors with a master's degree or above;
2. Received relevant scientific research training in cell biology or molecular biology; Familiar with certain experimental skills, proficient in molecular biology and cell biology related theoretical knowledge and experimental operation skills;
3. Be able to read English (or other languages) documents and have certain independent opinions;
4. Be able to independently and efficiently complete the writing and implementation of the design copy and work plan of the project R&D project; Like to learn and ponder about improving technology is preferred; Being able to stabilize workers for a long time is preferred;
5. Proactive in work, with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; Have good communication skills and certain organizational and coordination skills；
